Stages of creating a visualization
First preview. On the basis of advance payment on the sent TOR the first sketch of the main volume with materials, textures, lighting and surroundings is made. The size of the images is 1500px on the long side. The customer approves the correctness of the geometry, angles, and makes the first adjustments. Adjustments include minor changes in the details of the building or structure, materials and finish textures.
Second preview with the changes made. Images are sized at 1500px on the long side. Materials and major fill elements of the scene are approved. Goes through the second stage of adjustments by the client.
Third preview with full filling of the scene, elaboration of details. The size of the images is 1500px on the long side. Making final minor changes.
Final rendering of images. At the end of the work you get 4-6 perspective images with post-processing of 1800px to 3840px on the long side (the characteristics of the final images are negotiated individually and can vary). If you need to create images of higher resolution, it is negotiated individually and paid additionally. Full payment of the project cost by the customer.
